If your system (Logo, Netsis, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.) has an API, we integrate directly. For older systems without APIs, we can produce database-level reads or RPA-based solutions. In every integration, data consistency and security are our priorities.
03 How are project duration and cost determined?
After the initial meeting, we conduct a free discovery study. Following process analysis, we prioritize modules and features by business impact. We choose the appropriate model together — fixed price or time & material — but in any case, scope, duration, and budget are clarified in writing.
04 How are data security and GDPR compliance ensured?
All projects are developed in compliance with technical safeguards: role-based access, audit logs, data encryption (at-rest and in-transit), secure backup, and data deletion processes. ISO 27001-compliant infrastructure setup is also available on request.
05 What kind of support do I receive after the software goes live?
Our standard package includes 12 months of free bug-fix warranty. Afterward, we sign an SLA-based maintenance contract: defined response times, monthly update pool, new feature development, and 24/7 emergency support options.
06 Can my own team develop the software later?
Absolutely. All projects are delivered with clean code principles, comprehensive documentation, and automated test suites. If you wish, we provide technical mentorship to your team and support code review processes.
